Data Deletion Instructions (English)

Businesses: disconnect a channel in the portal ("Channels" screen) or revoke the app permission in the platform settings. Revocation restricts future access after it takes effect; it does not by itself delete previously stored data. To delete your account and all data (bot, conversations, leads, agents), submit a request through our contact form and provide the account owner's email address; we verify the requester and scope, and respond within 14 days with the status, deletion scope and any applicable retention limitations.

End users: if you chatted with a business's bot and want your conversation history deleted, submit a request through our contact form with the business name and the number/account you used. We assess the request with the relevant business when needed and respond within 14 days. Do not send passwords, access tokens or card details.

Removing the app on Facebook: removing the "RoboChat" app from Facebook settings revokes permissions through Meta. Do not rely on this action to automatically delete data already stored in RoboChat. Contact us as described above to request deletion.

Scope and backups: resetting a conversation is not deletion of its message history. Active-system deletion may not immediately remove encrypted backup copies or data held by external providers. We assess existing copies, retention duties and restoration constraints, and explain what is removed or retained and why. Restoring a backup must not reintroduce deleted data into active use.
